The Fall Ram Jack University (RJU) was held September 25-27, 2012. The 3-day training was attended by 100 people from different Ram Jack Franchises all over North America. There was an array of topics covered this year including: phone call etiquette, office procedures, sales process follow up, production methods, guest speakers, and more.
Ram Jack’s lead engineer, Darin Willis, presented about Helical Pile Selection, Foundation Repair Methods, and more. The production team installed piles on a demo house to get hands on experience along with their classroom time. The demo house was used to take elevations, make drawings, and it allowed everyone to see a live job in process. Overall attendance was a mix of new and experienced owners, production teams, sales people, and office administration alike. It was very encouraging to see the group participation from everyone involved.
To exceed customer needs, Ram Jack offers RJU once a year; along with regional association meetings throughout the year, to further educate our franchises and their employees. The goal of the event is to provide ongoing training on the installation of Ram Jack products, sales process, office procedures, and management training.
